By creating an account, applying for membership, using any aspect of the Service, or engaging with Motherland Match in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

  1. Eligibility

To use Motherland Match’s Service, you must:

  • Be legally single (never married, divorced, or legally separated).
  • Have a genuine and sincere intention to find a serious, long-term, and committed relationship.
  • Be willing to undergo our comprehensive vetting and verification process.
  • Represent and warrant that all information you provide to Motherland Match is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Motherland Match reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion, especially if eligibility criteria are not met or if their intentions are deemed inconsistent with our mission.

  1. Description of Service

Motherland Match provides a highly personalized, handpicked matchmaking service. We are not a dating app, a dating website, or a casual dating platform. Our Service includes:

  1. Membership, Fees, and Payments

4.3. Payment: All fees are due as per the terms outlined in your individual Membership Agreement. Payments are typically made upfront.

4.4. No Refunds: Due to the highly personalized, time-intensive, and confidential nature of our matchmaking services, all fees paid for membership and services are strictly non-refundable. This policy reflects the significant resources, expertise, and time committed by Motherland Match upon your engagement, irrespective of the outcome of any introductions.

  1. Client Obligations and Conduct

5.1. Honesty and Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during your application, profiling, and throughout your active membership. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5.2. Respectful Conduct: You agree to engage with Motherland Match staff and all introductions with courtesy, respect, and integrity. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or dishonest behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your membership.

5.3. Confidentiality of Introductions: You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information shared with you about potential matches. This includes personal details, photos, and contact information. Unauthorized sharing of this information is prohibited.

5.4. Responsiveness: You agree to be reasonably responsive to communications from your matchmaker and to follow through on scheduled introductions and feedback sessions.

5.5. Adherence to Advice: While your journey is personal, we expect you to consider and, where appropriate, act upon the professional guidance and coaching provided by your matchmaker to maximize your success.

  1. Matchmaking Process and Discretion

6.1. Vetting: Motherland Match conducts thorough vetting of all members, which may include background checks, identity verification, and personal interviews. This is for the safety and quality assurance of our community.

6.2. Matching: Matches are made through a dedicated, human-led process based on compatibility, shared values, preferences, and our professional intuition. The number and frequency of introductions are based on your specific membership tier and the availability of suitable matches within our network.

6.3. Introductions: Introductions are facilitated by your matchmaker. You will receive discreet profiles of potential matches for your review and approval before any direct contact details are exchanged.

6.4. Confidentiality: We maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of our Service. Your profile is private and never appears online or in public databases. Information is shared only with your explicit consent for specific introductions.

  1. No Guarantees

While Motherland Match is committed to providing a dedicated and professional service, we do not guarantee a specific number of introductions, the outcome of any introduction, or that you will find a partner or achieve a specific relationship status. Matchmaking success depends on many factors, including your individual preferences, flexibility, availability, and chemistry with potential matches. Our service is designed to maximize your opportunities for success, not to guarantee a specific result.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Motherland Match website and used in connection with the Service (excluding client-provided information) are the exclusive property of Motherland Match or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any such content without our express written permission.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Motherland Match does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

  1. Limitation of Liability
